There  are  many children like this in the world .Also, they   are a group that gets social attention quickly . Some doctors  say that  such children  are born due to genetic  mutations ,and at other times they say that such children are born due to the mother 's  psychological  influence due to  nutritional  deficiency . As you can see, the birth  of such   children is a sad event.It is very sad for those  children . It is very difficult  for people  who are not interested  to  understand  their views.
